Voices of Flow #11

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Today’s video features Jeff Kissinger, PMP, FCT, FCP, CSM, who is one of our Flow Certified Trainers. He is also teaching-back Tile 6 (Anticipatory Vision).

*** As I have mentioned previously, some of the “Tiles” (Flow Focus Areas) have multiple coaches and trainers that are doing the teach-backs on the topics – this is one of those ***

Being able to perceive future facts and having flash foresight based on trends (on the average, we’ll be right) is a powerful use of Vision. It’s like being able to see beyond the horizon.

As I shared in last Friday’s post, this is only Flow Leadership tile where I split the two sides. On the left side (delivery) we use primarily the Stacey Diagram (or Cynefin if you’re in Europe) and on the right we apply the concepts of Anticipatory Vision along with the concepts shared in Flash Foresight:

Using Anticipatory Vision in your daily work (Vision Comes First! and becoming a Chief Vision Officer) is your next step in applying Flow Leadership to achieve the results you want to deliver and that your organization so desperately needs.

So don’t delay – let’s chat!

__________

For those that are not familiar with the Flow Leadership Framework & Mindset, it is what’s next for businesses and organizations that are ready to succeed regardless of the methods, frameworks or management tools that they use throughout their enterprise. Flow is methodology agnostic.

Are you ‘in the zone’ of optimal performance right now as a person, team or enterprise? Did you get there by accident or by focused intentional acts?

“Flow” gives you the way of working and mindset needed to create and maintain an optimal state of high performance as an individual, team or organization.

The Flow Leadership Framework turbocharges everything you do, including “business agile” leadership and Scaled Agile.
