Today’s video (with Robert Heath, FCP, FCC and FCT) in the Voices of Flow series focuses on the four lenses we use in Flow. Btw, when we recorded this video, Robert was working on earning his FCT and is now training his clients in the Flow Leadership Framework and Mindset.

It is of utmost importance to understand that you cannot make changes in one area without impacting the other three. The Individual and Team lenses are straightforward.
In the Product lens, we include the following management roles and areas:
- Product Manager
- Program Manager
- Process Manager
- Line Manager
- Delivery Manager
- Team Manager, etc.
In the Organization lens we include:
- Portfolio Managers
- Directors
- VPs
- Senior VPs
- Executive VPs
- CxO
- Board of Directors, etc.
In the following Picture we include a “U” over the four lenses. The U stands for both Unified and you:

For those that are not familiar with the Flow Leadership Framework & Mindset, it is what’s next for businesses and organizations that are ready to succeed regardless of the methods, frameworks or management tools that they use throughout their enterprise. Flow is methodology agnostic.
Are you ‘in the zone’ of optimal performance right now as a person, team or enterprise? Did you get there by accident or by focused intentional acts?
“Flow” gives you the way of working and mindset needed to create and maintain an optimal state of high performance as an individual, team or organization.
The Flow Leadership Framework turbocharges everything you do, including “business agile” leadership and Scaled Agile.
